Absolutely incredible pastries and one of the best bakeries I’ve visited in Chicago! Peter Yuen and the team truly created something special here. The croissants were perfectly flaky, buttery, and fresh out of the oven. Every pastry looked beautiful and tasted even better. especially the chocolate croissant and almond pastry. The quality, texture, and presentation are all top tier. You can really feel the passion and craftsmanship behind every item. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. Definitely worth coming early because the best pastries sell out fast. This is my local bakery and it's absolutely GREAT! All types of freshly baked goods, sweet AND savory. Their briased pork-belly croissant is out of this world, man!

As a big fan of both classic viennoiserie and Asian flavors, I wanted to love this place but unfortunately struggled to do so. The items are a bit inconsistent - the ube pastel de nata had great flavor, but you couldn’t taste the pandan in the pandan version. The textures were a bit off as well - the lamination in the croissant and pasteis de nata was oddly brittle (may just not have traveled well) and the hopia was a bit dry. The ube bun would have been great, but we found a hair baked into it after our first bite and weren’t willing to keep eating (see last photo) The one item that was excellent was the steamed rice cake variety pack - no notes, would get it again. Overall I think there’s potential here, but the execution still leaves something to be desired
